 In Pidgin there is as far as i know no way to really block a user.
 You can only kindly asks him to stop writing you ;)

 "block" in Pidgin means that the other person can't see if you are online.
 To really block a user, that you do not receive any messages of him wont
 be work before 3.0.0 (#39, #1009 = milestone 3.0.0)
