Comment:

 According to [http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms633500.aspx the
 MSDN documentation], the Window name is optional.

 The problem is that we're specifying the parent param to be `HWND_MESSAGE`
 and the window is no longer a message window (there were issues getting
 the suspend/resume messages).

 Thanks for noticing, I'll fix it.
