Comment:

 The algorithm we use for choosing colors needs to be able to avoid already
 existing colors and avoid clashing or blending with the background, I'm
 going to assume your python code there does not do that.

 kaedenn: Can you take a screenshot of your chat window? I'm curious to see
 what you are seeing, I have no problem with the colors on a white
 background here.
