Comment:

 Yes, very sure. The `/names' command told me that the person was an
 operator.

 If I try to reproduce the bug by just closing the window and reopening it
 (the persistent chat), the icon is still there. So, I'm not sure how to
 reproduce it but I do know the bug occurs after a few hours of usage.
