 Is your problem the dialogs themselves or that they all pop up in the top
 left corner of your screen? The latter is a GTK+ on Windows issue the
 former is something pidgin could do something about but I'm not sure I
 think it is a good idea, providing a single password request dialog for
 all the accounts that need them might be acceptable (but is more
 complicated for the user).
