 At a quick glance I don't see any X specific code in this plugin which
 means it should compile and run on Windows just fine. I'm unsure if this
 plugin will be accepted as a default plugin (even if it was I doubt we
 would compile it by default) but for it to stand any chance of that
 happening it really should follow pidgin coding standards, which is does
 in many ways.
