 You don't need to know perl nor do you need to be "much of a coder" to
 follow those directions. (Though the above link was broken the (though at
 the end doesn't belong so if that contributed to the confusion I'm sorry,
 the "How do I compile a plugin? (Windows)" question is the one you want.)
