 Hello ....

 I am currently running Pidgin 2.4.0 and after a few days I notice the CPU
 quite high around the 50% area, restarting the program seems to resolve
 the issue for another few days as the CPU climbs.  my hardware is an Asus
 board with a P4-3.0 HT 1.5 gig ram ... 150 gig sata drive.  I am running
 Slackware-12 ... Kernel Version 2.6.24.2.  please let me know if I can
 provide any more information about this.
