 A friend of mine uses a plugin of some sort that displays her currently-
 playing mp3 in her gtalk status message. One of her songs had an '''
 in it. When I mouseover her name, this appears properly as a single quote.
 In the buddy list, and in the header of the chat window, however, this
 appears as a raw '''. I do not know if this is because its not
 escaping it or, the inverse, it is escaping it.
