 I've been working on this bug more and have discovered that this is
 actually a GNU TLS bug. It seems to be an issue with the login.live.com
 server specifically. It doesn't seem to happen on other servers. I traced
 the bug, found a fix, and submitted my results to the GNU TLS devel
 mailing list so we'll see what they say.
