 Just to clarify because it isn't necessarily clear above, is the following
 accurate?

 If you "Show Offline Buddies" these buddies '''DO''' appear in your buddy
 list (as being Offline).

 When you try to IM one of these Buddies (by clicking on the Entry in the
 buddy list above) they do not receive your message.

 If you immediately sign in with the native Yahoo client, these buddies
 appear as being '''ONLINE''' and you can IM them.


 If the above is true, please provide the full [wiki:TipsForBugReports
 debug output] from logging into your yahoo account and specify the ids of
 some of the users that this issue occurs for so that we can cross-
 reference them in the log.
