 Hi, it's not in the list of things fixed, but does the new version 2.42 &
 its GTK+ now work with QQ & Chinese characters properly without problems
 of displaying all as NULL?

 (Previously reported)
 (I'm currently having to use 2.41 + GTK+ from 2.02).

 After the trouble I had last time I'm not updating without positive
 assurance..!
