New description:
Hello everybody! I'm using gentoo 2007, then I installed pidgin via
emerge. I installed also a lot of related plugin such as pidgin-latex
pidgin-otr pidgin-hotkeys pidgin-extprefs and so on. For a long time
everything worked properly. Last week I updated pidgin via emerge, but
when i try to open the plugin manager (or press CTRL+U equally) pidgin
crashes for a segmentation fault.

Comment:
This backtrace is incomplete. You will need to rebuild Pidgin's
dependencies with debugging symbols and reproduce the crash. This should
have been reported to Gentoo anyway, not to us.
