 Our help menu is largely useless so I've never been too worried that
 people might have it get cut off. That being said I never liked that we
 let people shrink the buddy list down to narrower than the menu bar allows
 (but acknowledged the necessity for translations that are, shall we say, a
 bit verbose in their word choice).

 Also, I'd say if we move Buddy Pounces to the Buddies menu we can drop
 'Buddy' from the name, and lastly did I miss something, where did the Room
 List go?
