Comment:

 Haven't seen this error before.  It is coming from the server, my guess
 would be that the server has a problem retrieving your contact list from
 its server-side database? I'm not sure what the client can do about it
 (though this might be the client's fault, no idea really), except retry.

 How often do you see this error? Does it prevent you from using MySpaceIM?
