Comment:

 This is a duplicate of another ticket which I can't remember at the time.
 There is no clear guideline on actions for a system tray icon.  I'm sure
 I've also seen a report of the tray icon not appearing automatically
 before, however I've never been able to reproduce it.  The plugins you
 mentioned ARE part of the standard default installation; we don't have a
 mechanism for forcing plugins to load, nor do we feel it's wise to force
 those plugins on our users.
