  Thanks for the reply.
  UserA Pidgin <--------------> UserB Bria

 Both on Windows environment . When userA send a "  to userB during a chat
 session it logs of the userB from the chat session and he needs to login.
 I tried to get in touch with CounterPath and they came back and informing
 us the issue is with pidgin
