 Those plugins installed their icons into the pidgin directory, a directory
 pidgin removes on uninstallation. Reinstall the icons and they will
 return. Ideally plugins like this would be able to install the icons
 somewhere else and still have them work, but I don't believe that is the
 case currently. In any case, this isn't exactly a pidgin bug.

 I believe this is a duplicate but can't find the ticket at the moment.
