 For some reason, idle or away buddies are counted as being offline to the
 system, and therefore the buddy count for my groups is incorrect. Also, if
 that buddy happens to be the last in a group, the group will disappear if
 you have "show empty groups" disabled.

 I'm sure this issue has occurred since Pidgin 2.5.0, although I'm running
 2.5.1 currently.
