 I think it would be useful to have Direct IM as an option in the
 Conversation menu in chat windows, for networks that support it (I know
 AIM does, not sure which others). It would be a lot more convenient than
 having to find the person's name in your buddy list (or add them first),
 and then right-clicking their name and selecting Direct IM. I'd suggest
 putting the option right above or below File Transfer.
