 To produce issue:
 1. Receive mail via Hotmail.
 2. click 'n new emails.' at top of Buddy List.
 3. click Open Mail button.

 Problem: Pidgin fails to open a browser window and crashes.

 Filing under unclassified because a bug in an extension feature shouldn't
 crash the whole thing :) .
