 Hello Deryni,

 I apologize for asking the incorrect question at the wrong place. however
 when I go to the UBUNTU website ubuntu.com/support it gives me an option
 to live chat with my issues and guides me to create a ticket. I simply
 follwed the instructions.
 Anyway.
