New description:
 Hello,
it would be great to have parameters that could be used inside a pounce
(e.g. the name or the status of a buddy).
I would like to use the pounce for an audio notification via the external
programm espeak (on ubuntu linux). I can configure it in the pounce by
using "run command", but I am not able to hand over e.g. the name of the
 buddy.
I have found a similar patch in Ticket #1540. But it has not made its way
to general version (at least not to V2.5.1). And it only concerns the
 buddy's name.
Maybe you could create parameters like $POUNCEE or $STATUS, etc.
 Thanks in advance.
