 This patch looks good to me.  Please provide us with your real name for
 the ChangeLog and COPYRIGHT, and a contact email address for the commit
 message, so that it can be applied.

 I'm not sure about renaming the timeouts to _S, but that's a minor
 stylistic issue.  Perhaps others have opinions.

 As to SIP, I cannot answer your question.
