 The jabber changes are pending some more information and changes.

 1) The commands thing is going to have to be made dynamic; the command
 count thing is a magic number, and we can't have that.

 2) I need to know if some parts of the jabber API are intended to be
 "public" or not; I've asked the appropriate people.

 If I don't get answers soon, I'll post the remaining diffs as a patch to
 this ticket.
