 To reproduce:

 1. Following options in Show sumbenu are unset:

 [ ] Show offline buddies[[BR]]
 [ ] Show empty groups

 2. a group Some_group in which all contacts are offline[[BR]]
 3. a contact Some_buddy which was marked as "Show when offline"[[BR]]
 4. result: Some_group is not shown, Some_buddy is not shown[[BR]]

 expected behaviour:[[BR]]
 Some_group is shown with Some_buddy (and other contacts which has "Show
 when offline" flag) in it.
