 I suggest there should be a new tray icon that would show "partially
 connected".

 I use AIM, ICQ, Google Talk, Skype, and Yahoo accounts. Sometimes AIM and
 Skype seem to loose their connections while the others stay connected. It
 would be nice if a little "red dot" would appear. That "red dot" would be
 smaller than the current "green dot", and would maybe appear on the lower-
 right portion of the "green dot" that way we could see that Pidgin was
 connected, but had some accounts that were not.
