Comment:

 Why is this case different? If Service Discovery is not honored then what
 is the point of advertising this feature through Service Discovery?
 Advertising this feature through Service Discovery is redundant for Pidgin
 because it will always Ping the server irrespective of what was received
 during Service Discovery.
