 Оnce I saw such behavior in my program. It is bug in Windows clipboard
 architecture. It can returns ANSI characters even in clipboard placed
 Unicode. Most funny, that ANSI codepage selected from current keyboard
 layout switcher. And if you try to copy/paste with selected Chinese
 layout, you will not get this error. :)
