 You have PHP installed in your Windows PATH.  PHP includes an incompatible
 version of aspell which causes Pidgin to crash.  Remove PHP from the PATH
 and the crashes will stop.
 Unless you need Kerberos, the registry key warnings about it are
 ignorable.
 Similarly with the perl warnings. As to strawberry perl, we only
 'officially' support activestate perl and so look for the registry keys it
 creates. I believe if you manually create the needed keys (I don't know
 what they are offhand) with the right information for your strawberry perl
 installation pidgin will work correctly (but make sure the version of perl
 matches).
 pidgin looks for GTK+ in a number of locations and complains when each of
 them fails, the warning you are seeing is just one of the locations and as
 such you can ignore the warning there as well.
