 Right, and my point was graphical images are really bad at expressing
 anything beyond the absolute most basic meanings. I agree that I would not
 title the thinking image "thinking" were I asked, but having been told
 that it means thinking I think it works fine. Which is sort of my point
 about smileys being terrible tools for conveying meaning. I'm not
 defending our current icon, just pointing out that most debates about
 whether a specific icon is appropriate for a given usage are likely to
 degenerate to "feelings" about the icons rather quickly.
