 Buddy list manipulation dialogues (Add buddy, delete buddy, block buddy,
 get info, etc.) appear behind buddy list when list is docked to left or
 right side of screen.  Dialogue must be dragged out from under buddy list
 in order to confirm or cancel, as buttons and text entry fields are
 obscured by the list.

 Problem has existed through previous versions of Pidgin (I'm unable to
 recall at which version I started using Pidgin, but it's been consistent
 throughout.  Possibly 2.1?)

 Windows Vista Ultimate x64
 Twin XFX Radeon HD4650 PCIe graphics
 Reproducible on 1, 2, 3, and 4 monitors.
