 I disabled notify.dll, it had caused a crash recently.  I think the
 problems are related.   It's been runing for a couple days now and I've
 been doing all the things i've been conditioned to not do to avoid the
 problem and it's not happening.   if you don't hear back from me within a
 week then that was it and notify.dll will freeze and crash pidgin.   I'll
 attaca the debug log and RPT from when notify.dll caused a crash.
