 Hello!

 I have to point out that you shouldn't restrict it to online-only. Some
 people are eternally "Invisible", and there's no way to invite them in the
 conference. Why not ask them to stop using the Invisible mode you ask?
 Sometimes managers prefer not to be bothered as much (yes, we use YM
 extensively in our cross-country company, and yes, Invisibility helps).
