New description:

 There should only be one buddy pounce window showing at one time.
 The window should open with the first buddy pounce and subsequent buddy
 pounces can be added to a list that is displayed in the window.

 It is annoying when I go away and come back to my computer to see millions
 of buddy pounce windows. :-)
