New description:

 As I mentioned on the mailing list, I find the arrows fairly invisible
 (dark gray on light gray). My friend adapted the images from http://trac-
 hacks.org/wiki/VotePlugin so they'd hopefully be more visible.

 She agreed to license her modifications under the BSD license (same as
 !VotePlugin)
