 Yes, we use the milestone to indicate what version received the fix. So
 comment:ticket:7901:13 indicates that the problem was fixed, what the fix
 was, and that it will be in pidgin 2.5.4. The libpurple.dll linked from
 #7930 fixes a different issue than you are seeing.
