 This is really a good feature. Lots of clients make it so, and is really
 worth realising it.

 This should be done with an option (flag) like: "Sort > Offline buddies
 last" or so.
 I initially wanted to add this comment to a someway similar ticket #231
 but I searched and found this one, and this is the better place.
