Comment:

 Just to make sure i have the libmeanwhile.dll file i have removed the old
 ones out off c:\program files\pidgin and saved in the debug version.  As
 well as in the plugins directory c:\program files\pidgin\plugins

 Then tried again.  But this time its working.  Ill continue to use it
 today and if it continues to work.  Then we can close this docket.  Thanks
 for your help not sure why its now working.
