 The other ticket is #7837, which discusses a ''broken'' default in
 sendxmpp (<message type='message'...>) and how the prpl should handle
 messages with that invalid type. The patch I attached to that ticket
 treats JABBER_MESSAGE_OTHER like JABBER_MESSAGE_NORMAL, which is why I was
 mentioning it here.
