 Please follow [wiki:TipsForBugReports the instructions] to get a debug log
 and attach it to this ticket.[[BR]]The "Waiting for Connection..." is
 because NetworkManager doesn't know that a connection has been established
 via your bluetooth modem.  If you're not actually using NetworkManager for
 everything, having it installed will be problematic and cause situations
 like this.

 Regarding any inability to connect when NetworkManager is not installed,
 you will need to provide a debug log.
