 Test Procedure:
 1. Launch Pidgin;
 2. Click on "Accounts-> Add/Edit";
 3. Click on "Add" to create a new account with Google Talk.
 4. Configure the account , save and close it.

 Expected result is:The account should be created successfully,and the
 protocol is not changed automatically.
 Actual result is:The account is created successfully,and the protocol is
 changed into XMPP automatically.
 It is difficult to understand for most users.
