 In Preferences -> Conversation, there's an option to "Flash window when
 IMs are received".

 Also, the Windows Piding Options 2.5.4 plugin has a checkbox to "Flash
 window when chat messages are received".

 If there is no difference between the two, can the plugin option be
 removed?
