Comment:

 The myspace plugin has been included in the source tree for a long time
 now - there are no external packages.

 Assuming that the FreeBSD package is a relatively new version, it is odd
 that they've excluded the myspace protocol - this is something you should
 take up with the package maintainer.

 That said, if you do want to compile from source, you should be able to
 regardless of any evolution-data-server version (`./configure --disable-
 gevolution`).
