 Another update from Vitaly Igonin:

 We have found a correlation between the login time and sequence number,
 but this version still needs checking. Also it is important that old
 official clients are still working - this includes icq2003b and even 2002
 client TestBuddy. Conclusion: the ICQ team have found an important
 difference between official clients and unofficial ones and is actively
 using it.
