 Confirmed for me; I didn't need to add the chat or buddy list. AIM added
 bots automatically to my list, which caused the "AIM Bots" group to appear
 on my list. Deletion of these buddies, or the group, results in the group
 and buddies being recreated on subsequent sign-ins. Should be easily
 verifiable.
