 Hi:

 I'm trying to exchange IMs in Hindi with my buddy. My conversation font is
 set to Arial Unicode MS, which has glyphs for the Hindi script
 (Devanagari). When I type the message, I see the proper glyphs. My buddy
 sees the proper glyphs as well. However, when he just copies and pastes
 the text back to me, I see garbage. Please see attached screenshot.

 I'm using Pidgin 2.5.4 on Windows XP SP3. My GTK+ version is 2.14.6 rev a.
 We're using the XMPP protocol.
