 In last version (i used 2.5.1 before this one), file transfer and debug
 window were not like this. They were the same as the conversation
 window/buddy list: the one that was active was on top. Now file transfer
 and debug windows are always on top of other windows. So something must've
 changed (new gtk, i guess?) ... could this be reverted to the old
 behaviour?
