#8241: Can't normalize Buddy List window

 Currently, Buddy list is opened only minimized and clicking on the task
 bar do nothing.
 The only way I can see the Buddy list is by Right Click and choose
 maximize, which is very annoying...

 In the beginning, all was fine. I don't know what cause that.
 Tried to un-install / re-install and nothing.

 appreciate your help.
