 I'm attempting to connect to my GTalk account through a Squid proxy using
 SSL. When I attempt to do so, I get a Read error in Pidgin.

 My Gtalk settings are:[[BR]]
 (XMPP Options)[[BR]]
 Require SSL/TLS: Checked[[BR]]
 Connect port: 443[[BR]]
 Connect server: gmail.com[[BR]]


 (Proxy Options)[[BR]]
 Proxy type: HTTP[[BR]]
 [Other proxy details][[BR]]

 I've tried Google Talk and another IM and I managed to get both working
 through the proxy using similar settings. Looking at the wireshark trace,
 it looks like Pidgin is not attempting to communicate via SSL.
